Try Plotter without an account
Mark up any page in your browser or on iPhone and iPad with nothing to sign up for. Your notes stay on your device.
You can use Plotter's tools before you have an account. Notes you make this way stay in your browser or on your device. Nothing is sent to Plotter, and nobody else sees them.
Where you can try it
- On plotter.run: choose Try it on this page under the headline. Mark up the homepage itself; your notes are still there when you come back in the same browser.
- In the browser extension: before you sign in, click Plotter in the toolbar and choose Mark up this page. It works on any site.
- On iPhone and iPad: before you sign in, type any site's address on the home screen. The site opens with the review tools. Your notes on this device on the home screen takes you back to each site.
What's included
Drawing, pins and boxes, comments, copy changes with styles, replacement images, Preview, voice notes, and notes to yourself on each mark. Resolve and Reopen work on every note. Things that need a team (review links, assigning, pages, scenarios and Trace) need an account.
Moving your notes into a project
After you sign in, Plotter offers to move the notes you made into the site's project, or into a Quick review if you don't have one for it yet:
- In the extension, open the popup on that site and choose Move into ….
- On iPhone and iPad, choose Move into a project under Notes from before you signed in on the home screen.
Each note is uploaded with its drawing, words, styles, picture, voice note and your notes, then removed from your device.
Clearing your notes
In the browser, open Plotter's menu and choose Clear local notes, then choose it again to confirm. On iPhone and iPad, deleting the app removes them.
