Authentication and tokens
Claude signs in with your Plotter account. Other agents act as you with a token you make in Settings.
Sign in with your account
Claude and other apps that support MCP sign-in don't need a token. Add the Connector URL from Settings → Integrations as a custom connector, sign in to Plotter and pick an organization. Disconnect them in the same place.
Make a token
- Go to Settings → Integrations.
- Choose New token, and name it after the machine or agent that will use it.
- Copy it now. It's shown once.
Use it
Send it as a Bearer header on every request. Tokens act as the member who made them, in the organizations they belong to.
Authorization: Bearer $PLOTTER_TOKENRevoking
Revoke a token in Settings → Integrations. It stops working immediately.
