Leave or delete a team

Leave a team

1. Open your account (your photo or initials at the bottom of the rail), choose Account settings, then Teams.
2. Choose Leave next to the team, then Leave [team] to confirm.

You lose access to the team's projects. Your marks and replies stay.

Owners can't leave. Delete the team instead, or email hello@plotter.run to hand it to someone else.

Delete a team

Only the owner can delete a team.

1. Cancel any paid plan in Team settings › Billing first.
2. Export what you want to keep. Data export in Team settings › Overview downloads every project's tasks, threads and screenshots as a ZIP.
3. Choose Delete next to Delete organization, at the bottom of Team settings › Overview.
4. Type the team's name and choose Delete for everyone.

Everyone loses access right away, every review link stops working, and the team leaves everyone's team list.
