Terms of use
These terms cover using Plotter: the iPhone and iPad apps, the browser extensions, links to mark up websites, images, and designs, and the dashboard at app.plotter.run. By using Plotter you agree to them. If you use it for a company, you agree on that company's behalf.
Accounts and reviewers
Individuals, teams, and businesses create a Plotter organization to manage their projects. You can work on your own or invite others to collaborate. Reviewers can take part from a link without an account. Keep your sign-in methods secure and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You need to be at least 16 to use Plotter.
Your content
Marks, comments, screenshots and replies belong to whoever made them and to the organization they were made for. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only to run Plotter for you. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't sell it.
The organization that owns a project decides who can see its feedback and how long it's kept. If you contribute feedback to an organization’s project, that organization can keep it after you delete your account, without your name.
Sites you annotate
Only add sites to Plotter that you own or have permission to annotate. If you give us staging passwords, you confirm you're allowed to share them. Plotter shows websites as they are; we aren't responsible for their content.
Acceptable use
Don't use Plotter to harass people, send spam, break the law, collect other people's personal data without permission, or try to get around its security or usage limits. Don't reverse engineer the apps except where the law allows it.
Plans and payment
Leaving feedback as an invited reviewer is free. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, on the web. The apps don't sell anything. You can cancel any time in Organization → Billing; your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for. We'll give at least 30 days' notice before changing a price you pay.
Ending your use
You can stop using Plotter and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms; unless it's urgent, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to export your projects.
Warranties and liability
We work hard to keep Plotter reliable, but it's provided “as is”, without promises that it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes, law and contact
If we change these terms we'll update this page and the date above, and email account holders about anything significant. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Questions: hello@plotter.run.
