Staging passwords and preview URLs
Let reviewers into a protected site without sending them the password.
- Open the project's Settings → Staging access.
- Choose Preview URL or Basic auth. Paste the preview-bypass URL your host gives you, or the username and password.
- Choose Save access. Plotter stores it encrypted. Review devices receive the access needed to open the site, so use credentials intended for reviewers. Check now confirms Plotter can open the site. Changing the project's origin clears its old access unless you supply new access explicitly.
