Members, roles and teams
Who can do what in your organization.
Roles
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything an admin can. Owners can't be removed or have their role changed. |
| Admin | Invite and remove people, manage teams and billing, archive projects, export data. |
| Member | Work in any of the organization's projects: triage, reply, share links, change project settings. |
| Reviewer | Not a role you assign. Anyone who opens a link; always free. |
Inviting people
- Open Organization at the bottom of the sidebar.
- Under Members, type their email in Invite by email, pick a role and a team, and choose Invite.
Invites stay open until they're accepted or you revoke them. You can resend one from the same list.
Teams
Teams group projects and people. Everyone in the organization can open any project; teams decide what you see under My teams on Home. A person can be on several teams, and the extension popup has Switch team.
