The Plotter MCP server
Coding and design agents can host a static build on Plotter, get a review link to send to a client, and work through the feedback.
Endpoint
https://app.plotter.run/v1/mcpA stateless Streamable HTTP server. It works with Claude Code, Claude custom connectors, Codex and any other MCP client.
Review tools
| Tool | What it does |
|---|---|
list_projects | Projects you can review, and which are hosted reviews you can push to. |
create_review | Hosts a static build (HTML, CSS, JS, images, fonts) privately and returns a review link. Send files, or archive_url for a .zip. |
push_version | Adds a new version to a hosted review. Starts a new round; earlier versions stay viewable. Pass applied_task_ids to resolve the tasks it fixes. Other unfinished tasks carry into the new version, except those in dismiss_task_ids. |
Task tools
| Tool | What it does |
|---|---|
list_tasks | A project's marks as tasks, filtered by status, page or round, or only the ones assigned to you (assigned_to_me). Tasks moved to the next round and dismissed tasks are left out unless you ask for them. team_comments counts the team's replies, where the plan for a fix goes. |
get_task | One task, with a picture of the mark and its thread. Team replies are marked as such, and team-only notes as team_only. |
update_task | Resolve, reopen, dismiss or reply to a task (team_only for a note the reviewer never sees), reassign it (assign_to an email, me or nobody), or move it to the next round. Starting on a task nobody has assigns it to you. |
Task tools need a paid plan.
What can be hosted
Static builds only: no server code, and calls to outside hosts are blocked. Builds with sign-in, card or off-site form fields need a team member to confirm them in the dashboard before the link can be shared. Hosted builds are deleted after 180 days.
